Fall barf!
The autumn has come! And you know what that means … that means I have unpacked the fall decor and shoved it all around my house and am going to torture you share it with you!
My livingroom now looks like fall has upchucked all over it and blog friends, I could not be happier!
Just look at these guys:
How can you not feel happy to the point of slight nausea upon seeing them? I know! That is why I have them sitting right by the front door. I particularly love the one to the right, with the wind-blown look. Straw hair has got to be hard to manage.
And how about this:
A bit of fall foliage next to a few tasty morsels contained in mason jars, because everything tastes better in mason jars, especially moon shine.
And oooo … look at these:
Ladies, I can’t impress upon you enough the importance of having fresh flowers - particularly fresh fall flowers. Do not wait for your wonderful men to get them for you. Get them for yourself. They’re good for your soul and I am convinced flowers, like shoes, are gifts God made special for girls. Now, if your men do bring you flowers, make sure they know how much you like them. Yes, thank them like that. That too, is good for your soul.
I also have one of these:
The picture is kind of fuzzy because I was trying to take this after having three glasses of merlot without the flash so you can see the spooky effects of the not so scary pumpkin dude. I love him. I want to name him Merl. I don’t know why.
And of course, fall would not be complete without one of these:
Freeeky black cat who hangs out in my bathroom and loves me with a love of a thousand kittens. And who is also trying to politely tells me it’s time to scoop the cat box.
Sigh.
I LOVE AUTUMN!
