At 6 this morning, unable to sleep, I thought I do some posting on the ol’ bloggy. But when I try to look at my blog on my husband’s laptop, I was denied. Since his computer is company property, they restrict access to “certain sites” … here’s the message I got:

ACCESS DENIED
The Internet site you have attempted to access has been categorized as inappropriate, and therefore, access is blocked. According to The (my husband’s company’s name here) Code of Conduct employees may not visit inappropriate Internet sites. If you believe an Internet Site has been blocked incorrectly, Please contact your local Help Desk.

This same little computer will let me visit myspace and facebook and google till my fingers fall off, but I can’t read timmitoler.com? Where there are funny cats and tree frogs and many columns about wine, Mac Davis, love and parenting?
